ADP is hiring a Lead Development Representative in Allentown to cultivate relationships, set appointments, and advance marketing leads into sales opportunities across the territory.

You will work with the ADP Digital Sales Team using the latest digital tools; a college degree is not required, and compensation includes commissions and incentive trips, with opportunities to advance in a stable, respected tech company.

Qualifications

• College degree not required.
• 1–2 years in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, or related fields.
• Military experience with teamwork, resilience, and a "never lose" mentality.

Responsabilités

• Grow our business while growing yours by cultivating prospect accounts and turning them into opportunities.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients by targeting decision-makers and building a network.
• Deepen relationships across the ADP family by selling cloud-based HR solutions and expanding within existing accounts.
