Job summary

ADP, Inc. is hiring a Digital Sales Associate in the Allentown area.

You will sell payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions to new and existing clients, acting as a consultative partner to CFOs, HR, and payroll admins across companies from Fortune 100 to small businesses. Expect daily goals on dials, talk time, and appointments with autonomy, a set Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, and virtual appointments.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
• Military experience can help build team relationships and resilience.
• College degree not required; relevant experience accepted instead.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by closing sales and achieving targets within your geography.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients through targeted outreach to decision-makers.
• Deepen relationships within existing accounts and cross-sell ADP solutions.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners.
