Qualifications

• A college degree is great but not required; what's more important is having the skills to do the job.
• Experience in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or related fields is valuable.
• Military experience with teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never-lose mentality helps build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow our business within your assigned territory by cultivating prospect accounts and advancing them into sales opportunities.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients by implementing a sales strategy targeting decision-makers and business owners.
• Deepen relationships across the ADP family by selling cloud-based HR solutions and expanding within existing accounts.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor to prospects, partners, and the network while maintaining high ethical standards.
