Qualifications

• Technical, vocational, or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, building construction, or plumbing.
• 5+ years of relevant property maintenance experience.
• 1+ years of leading or managing a small team.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• EPA licensing or ability to become registered.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Lead and train a small crew (1–4) and coordinate workflow and work orders.
• Install and modify building equipment and systems as needed.
• Review, create, and maintain work orders in the CMMS and related paperwork.
• Identify outside vendors and assist through sourcing to job completion.
