Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead+ to act as a working supervisor in Salt Lake City. You will perform advanced maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems while guiding a field crew and maintaining safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities, industrial, or commercial maintenance.
• Ability to read/interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and equipment docs.
• Proficient in CMMS for documenting work, labor, materials, assets.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for fast-paced environments.
• Able to work independently and make sound field decisions.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day direction to technicians as working supervisor.
• Perform advanced maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems.
• Prioritize and coordinate daily tasks to ensure safe, timely completion.
• Review work orders, ensure quality, and maintain accurate documentation in CMMS.
• Mentor technicians and provide field guidance to develop team skills.
• Communicate with supervisors, site leadership, clients, and operations teams to minimize downtime.
