Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; apprentice or trade school preferred.
• 5+ years of related trade experience operating mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in commercial property.
• Appropriate trade licenses (Journeyman or Master Electrician, etc.) as required.
• EPA Section 608 Universal certification for refrigerants.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Supervise maintenance staff when applicable and monitor activities.
• Perform preventive maintenance: replace filters, lamps, bearings, belts, inspect equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors and technicians for projects and maintenance.
• Maintain inventory and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety rules, and reporting requirements.
