JLL is seeking a Lead Building Operating Engineer to oversee the Colorado HQ Campus operations in Denver. You will lead on-site engineering, coordinate with the PNC Facility Manager, and ensure safe, reliable performance of HVAC, electrical, BAS, and life-safety systems.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, vendor coordination, budget planning input, and continuous improvement of building operations within the JLL-PNC framework.

Qualifications

• Lead the operation, inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of building systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, emergency/standby power, UPS systems, plumbing, life safety, fire protection, and BAS.
• Schedule, manage, and document critical systems inspections, testing, and maintenance (ITM) activities utilizing client (PNC) systems, tools, and processes.
• Develop and review methods of procedure (MOPs), coordinate required approvals, and proactively schedule third-party service providers to execute ITM events in accordance with established standards and schedules.
• Monitor and optimize BAS and energy management systems to support efficient, reliable, and compliant building performance.
• Respond to operational issues, service requests, and emergency conditions, including participation in an on-call rotation.
