East West Hospitality is seeking a Lead Building Engineer to advance to leadership on a premier 500-home luxury residential high-rise in downtown Denver. You will mentor engineers and technicians while directing daily maintenance operations and safety programs.

The role requires 3–5 years of building maintenance, strong HVAC/plumbing knowledge and excellent communication. This full-time position offers a daytime schedule, competitive pay, and growth within a trusted hospitality portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of building maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety and generators.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Building Engineers and Maintenance Technicians.
• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety, emergency power and BAS.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Respond to resident concerns and emergencies with urgency.
• Assign and prioritize work orders.
• Coordinate vendors and inspections.
• Maintain inventory and maintenance documentation.
• Support exterior maintenance.
• Build strong resident and vendor relationships.
