Job summary

Albireo Energy is seeking a Project Manager to lead and supervise a range of building solutions projects in the NY/NJ area. You will manage timelines, budgets, resources, and client relations to deliver projects on time and within scope.

The role requires strong coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring documentation, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field or4+ years of project management experience.
• 5–7 years of project management experience in building solutions (HVAC, BMS, Fire, Access Control).
• Proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint, Visio and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project coordination, including contract review, procurement, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders, acting as main contact for subcontractors and clients.
• Monitor milestones and maintain documentation with timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Take ownership of deliverables and ensure quality standards and client specs.
