Job summary

Albireo Energy, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead and supervise all aspects of assigned projects in the Chelmsford area. You will manage timelines, budgets, resources, and customer relations to ensure high satisfaction and favorable financial outcomes.

Essential duties include coordinating contract review, procurement, scheduling, resource allocation, and communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 4+ years in a project coordination or management role.
• Experience with HVAC/building systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project coordination, including contract review, procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as primary contact for clients and subcontractors.
• Monitor milestones, ensure proper documentation, and report to stakeholders.
• Oversee change orders, procurement schedules, and subcontractor performance.
• Prepare project status reports and maintain documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Support turnover, commissioning, and final project handover activities.
