Job summary

Albireo Energy, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead HVAC and building solutions projects in the Baltimore area, including Ft. Meade. The role requires coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver on time, within scope and budget.

The candidate will manage project budgets, schedules, risk, and quality, while maintaining comprehensive documentation and ensuring client satisfaction across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of project management experience in building solutions (HVAC, BMS, Fire Safety, or Access Control).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint, Visio, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project coordination, including scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as main contact for clients and subcontractors.
• Monitor milestones, reporting, and ensure alignment with budgets and client specs.
• Oversee change orders, risk management, and quality assurance throughout projects.
• Ensure documentation accuracy from RFIs to As-Built records and turnover.
