ECS Florida, LLC is seeking a Building Enclosure Senior Project Architect in Jacksonville, FL. You will manage enclosure consulting projects, lead technical investigations, and mentor junior staff within a collaborative team environment.

This client-facing role requires coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and owners to deliver practical solutions across diverse facilities while ensuring schedule, scope, and budget objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architectural Engineering, or Architecture (NCARB).
• 5+ years of related experience with building enclosure consulting, including field investigations, testing, commissioning (BECx), design review, or forensic assessments.
• Registered Architect licensure is required; additional certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage building enclosure consulting projects from setup through completion.
• Lead technical investigations, testing, commissioning, and design reviews.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Interface with clients, present findings, and support business development.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards and maintain project documentation.
