Job summary

ECS Group of Companies is seeking a Building Enclosure Senior Project Architect to join our Florida Building Science + Infrastructure team in Jacksonville, FL. You will manage enclosure projects, serve as a lead technical consultant on investigations, testing, and design consulting, and mentor junior staff in a collaborative environment.

The role is client-facing with daily interaction with clients, architects, contractors, engineers, and owners, requiring strong project management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architectural Engineering or Architecture with NCARB.
• 5+ years in building enclosure consulting including field investigations, testing, commissioning, design review, or forensic assessments.
• Registered Architect licensure is required; IIBEC certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management and provide technical leadership for enclosure projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and supervise field personnel during inspections and testing.
• Interface with clients, present findings, and support business development.
• Prepare and review technical reports and ensure adherence to codes and standards.
