Job summary

ECS Florida, LLC seeks a Building Enclosure Senior Project Architect to lead our Florida Building Science + Infrastructure team in Tampa, FL. You will manage enclosure consulting projects, lead technical investigations, testing, and design consulting for a variety of facilities.

You will collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and owners, guiding project teams, mentoring junior staff, and delivering practical, compliant solutions while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architectural Engineering, or Architecture (NCARB).
• 5+ years of building enclosure consulting experience.
• Registered Architect licensure is required.
• IIBEC or UW–Madison certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage building enclosure consulting projects from setup through completion.
• Coordinate project teams with field staff, subcontractors, and managers.
• Manage multiple projects with schedule, scope, and budget control.
• Prepare proposals, change orders, budgets, and invoices.
• Monitor progress and communicate testing activities and budget impacts.
• Present findings and advise clients on changes.
