Job summary

ECS Florida, LLC is seeking a Building Enclosure Senior Project Architect to lead our Florida Building Science + Infrastructure team in West Palm Beach, FL. You will manage building enclosure consulting projects, serve as lead technical consultant on investigations, testing, and design, and collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

This client-facing role emphasizes project management, technical execution, and mentorship of junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architectural Engineering, or Architecture (NCARB).
• 5+ years of related building enclosure consulting experience.
• Registered Architect licensure required.
• IIBEC or university certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage building enclosure consulting projects and lead technical investigations, testing, and design consulting.
• Conduct site observations of roofing and enclosure systems and draft or CAD work as needed.
• Develop testing plans and perform specialized building enclosure testing.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
• Prepare reports and ensure clarity, accuracy, and technical content.
