Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and PE licensure or license recognition.
• 10+ years bridge design experience with major projects.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary bridge teams and design reviews.
• Proven ability to mentor staff and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Champion leadership in planning and directing large bridge projects.
• Provide technical oversight across design and production teams.
• Lead staffing, training, and QA/QC across projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide major bridge pursuits.
