Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• Prior sewing experience preferred, especially bridal or special occasion production.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Experience with computerized POS system and ability to use one.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person and over the phone with friendly enthusiasm, solving problems and providing product information.
• Drive loyalty by making client calls to maximize appointments and services.
• Oversee alterations fittings, sewing, steaming, pressing, and spot cleaning to brand standards.
• Guide stylists with gown fit and customization, promoting alteration services and personalization options.
• Communicate daily sales goals and ensure a 5 Star Customer Experience.
