Job summary

David's Bridal is seeking a Lead Alterations Specialist to oversee fittings and alterations to high standards. You will train staff, consult with customers on gown fit, and promote alteration services to ensure a premium experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior sewing/alterations experience required.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.

Responsibilities

• Lead alterations fittings, sewing, steaming, pressing and quality checks.
• Consult with customers on gown fit and customization.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Train team in fitting and sewing techniques.
• Maintain high dress code standards and deliver 5-star customer experience.
• Collaborate with store team and report to Store Manager.
