Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior bridal or special occasion production experience is preferred.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty stores.
• Experience with a computerized POS system is expected.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm in person and by phone, solving problems and providing information.
• Lead alterations fittings, sewing, steaming, pressing and spot cleaning to company standards.
• Promote alteration services and personalization options to aid sales.
• Assist stylists in closing sales with gown fit consultations and bridal customization.
• Train Alterations Specialists in fitting and sewing techniques and ensure product education.
• Communicate daily sales goals to Store Manager and maintain 5 Star Customer Experience.
