Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a Lead Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards. You will lead the alterations team, providing friendly, knowledgeable service and driving elite customer experiences in-store.

The role requires strong sewing skills, training ability, and the capacity to manage peak times while ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior sewing or alterations exposure preferred.
• Experience in retail or specialty store environment recommended.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm, solve problems, and provide product/service information.
• Lead alterations fittings, sewing, steaming, pressing, and QC to standards.
• Train team members in fitting and sewing techniques.
• Promote alteration services and personalization options to customers.
• Communicate daily sales goals to Store Manager and manage flow.
