Job summary

Randstad USA in Exton, PA is seeking a Staff Accountant / Bookkeeper to own the accounting department from end to end. You will manage full-cycle bookkeeping, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of accounting, a degree in accounting or finance, strong QuickBooks Desktop and Excel skills, and a commitment to integrity and confidentiality. This is a permanent, on-site role with a 9–5 schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent real-world experience).
• 3+ years progressive accounting experience, ideally in small-to-mid-size company.
• Advanced QuickBooks Desktop and strong Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end bookkeeping and GL maintenance.
• Execute full-cycle AP/AR, optimize liquidity and project-based billing.
• Perform bank reconciliations in QuickBooks Desktop and ensure audit-ready data.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial packages (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Administer bi-weekly payroll with compliance to regulations.
• Monitor inventory and internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Coordinate with external tax professionals for year-end filings.
