Job summary
Carrier Global Corporation, a leading provider of intelligent climate and energy solutions, seeks a Field Engineer for turn‑key project delivery at Automated Logic, a Carrier Company. You will own installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of DDC systems and mentor junior technicians while aligning with ASHRAE guidelines.
This role requires travel, deep product proficiency, and a commitment to safe, high‑quality system delivery across complex customer environments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- 2+ years of experience in Building Automation or HVAC.
- Must possess a valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Turn-Key Delivery: own install, commissioning and troubleshooting of DDC systems.
- Technical Leadership: mentor junior techs and advise customers.
- Risk & Coordination: manage risk with Project Managers and ensure reliable delivery.
- Travel & Flexibility: travel as needed and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Proficiency & Growth: demonstrate deep proficiency with ALC products and ASHRAE guidelines.
- Project Integrity: maintain expert-level documentation for safe delivery.
