Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, through Automated Logic, seeks a Field Engineer to own turn-key project delivery and mentor junior engineers. You will lead installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of DDC systems, while coordinating with project teams to manage risk and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate deep proficiency with ALC products and building automation, plus strong documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and insurability.
• Ability to Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Experience with building automation systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn-key delivery: install, commission, and troubleshoot DDC systems with full software solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers in the field.
• Manage risk and coordinate with project teams for reliable delivery.
• Travel as needed and adapt to changing project priorities.
• Maintain high-quality documentation, commissioning logs, and progress tracking.
