Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in HVAC, Building Automation, IT, or Industrial Networking.
• Experience with IP networking, Modbus, or PLC programming.
• Valid Driver's License; insurable by company.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at height.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and optimize DDC systems to meet performance standards.
• Proactively solve automation challenges and mitigate project risks.
• Train owners on system operation and support project execution.
• Travel as needed and maintain end-to-end project ownership.
• Maintain documentation and participate in project reviews.
