Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in HVAC, Building Automation, IT, or Industrial Networking.
• Experience with IP networking, Modbus protocols, or PLC programming.

Responsibilities

• System performance: install, commission, and optimize DDC systems to meet performance standards.
• Proactive problem solving to mitigate risks and meet timelines.
• Technical leadership: train owners and coordinate with Project Managers.
• Travel as needed and own complex projects end-to-end.
• Maintain documentation and participate in reviews for continuous improvement.
