Job summary

Carrier in Georgia is seeking an Associate Field Engineer to own end-to-end turnkey delivery of DDC systems, including commissioning, software sequencing and alarms. You will mentor junior technicians and coordinate with project managers to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires travel, strong knowledge of ALC products and ASHRAE guidelines, and the ability to maintain comprehensive documentation and commissioning logs across complex customer environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must possess a valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Capable of working over 8 feet and using ladders and motorized lifts.

Responsibilities

• Turn-Key Delivery: own install, commissioning and troubleshooting of DDC systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior techs.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to manage risk and ensure reliable delivery.
• Travel as needed and adapt to shifting project priorities.
• Demonstrate proficiency with ALC products and ASHRAE guidelines.
• Maintain expert-level project documentation and commissioning logs.
