Job summary

Qualifications

• State licensure as applicable (WV HCTP, Cytotechnologist, Histotechnologist).
• Minimum four years of relevant laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all lab areas to ensure adequate staffing and coverage.
• Coordinate reference laboratory specimens and turnaround times.
• Oversee SOPs, quality control, and safety policies.
• Participate in staff orientation, performance reviews, and training.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Cytotechnology, Histotechnology (Medical Laboratory Science) or related field

Associate’s Degree in Medical (Clinical) Laboratory Technology or related field
