Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulatory standards (CAP, JCAHO, CLIA, CMS, OSHA, AABB, CLSI).
• Experience leading a Blood Bank or transfusion service team.
• Ability to plan staffing, training, and evaluations.

• Supervise department staff and conduct evaluations.
• Plan and coordinate Blood Bank clinical activities.
