Qualifications

• Ph.D. with 6+ years of relevant bioanalytical experience or a Master’s with 10+ years in biochemistry/chemistry/pharmacology/pharmaceutical sciences or related fields.
• Proven track record leading bioanalytical strategies for biologics (ligand binding assays, MS).
• Experience enabling translational PK/PD and quantitative pharmacology in discovery settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead bioanalytical strategies for biologics across discovery programs.
• Manage a team of lab-based scientists delivering ligand binding and MS data.
• Serve as SME on multiple modality DMPK activities within oncology and immunology.
• Collaborate with Discovery and Early Development teams across sites to design efficient PK/PD strategies.
