Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading DMPK discovery efforts across small molecules, peptides, and protein therapeutics in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to design, optimize and interpret DMPK optimization strategies (discovery testing funnels) as part of a broader research plan.
• Analyze and interpret ADME, PK/PD properties of small molecules, peptides and proteins; experience with Phoenix WinNonlin.
• Experience contributing to translational PK/PD/efficacy relationships in a discovery setting.
• Proven management experience, including mentorship of multiple direct reports.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Project-team representative and SME on multiple modality DMPK activities within oncology and immunology.
• Characterization and optimization of in vitro and in vivo ADME and PK properties of small molecules and peptide therapeutics.
• Design, implementation and analysis of in vitro and in vivo studies to understand drug disposition's impact on disease biology, PK/PD and safety.
• Manage a team of PDMB scientists developing ligand binding assays and MS-based bioanalytical strategies.
• Contribute to global DMPK strategy and collaborate with Discovery and Early Development teams in Boston, SF, and PA.
