Merck’s Boston PDMB group seeks a Principal Scientist to lead DMPK activities across small molecules, peptides, and proteins. You will drive in vitro and in vivo ADME/PK studies, interpret complex PK/PD data, and guide discovery teams in Boston, CA, and PA. Strong leadership and a record of advancing immunology or oncology programs are essential.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s with significant experience in DMPK/ADME in industry or academia.
• Proven leadership of DMPK discovery efforts within a collaborative environment.
• Experience designing and interpreting PK/PD studies and translational relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead DMPK activities across modalities within oncology and immunology.
• Characterize in vitro and in vivo ADME and PK properties of candidates.
• Design and analyze studies to link drug disposition with biology, PK/PD and safety.
• Manage PDMB scientists in bioanalytical assay development and MS strategies.
• Contribute to global DMPK strategy and cross-functional team collaborations.
