B&I Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced BIM/VDC Coordinator - HVAC Pipe to lead model-based outputs for MEP systems. You will coordinate with project teams, drive clash resolution, and ensure constructible deliverables aligned with schedule and quality standards.

The role emphasizes mentorship, workflow improvement, and adherence to company standards, with opportunities to grow within a 1,500+ employee organization and ESOP participation.

Qualifications

• Proven BIM/VDC coordination experience on MEP projects.
• Experience producing construction-ready BIM outputs and drawings.
• Strong understanding of coordination, clash detection, and model management.
• Familiarity with fabrication-ready deliverables and field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM/VDC coordination for HVAC piping systems.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Field Operations, and trades.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain model integrity and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor Detailers and Trainees on standards and workflows.
