B&I Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced BIM/VDC Coordinator – HVAC Duct to lead development, coordination, and delivery of model-based outputs for MEP systems.

You will collaborate with Project Management, Field Operations, and other trades to ensure constructible, compliant deliverables across the VDC lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing model updates, clash detection, fabrication readiness, and record documentation, while mentoring junior team members and driving continuous

Qualifications

Proficiency in BIM/VDC coordination for MEP systems.
Experience producing coordinated mechanical models and construction-ready deliverables.
Strong knowledge of construction practices and LOD requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop, coordinate, and maintain BIM models for mechanical systems.
Lead model updates and clash resolution.
Prepare fabrication-ready deliverables and record documentation.
Mentor Detailers and Trainees on standards and workflows.
Identify risks and drive process improvements.
