Job summary

B&I Contractors, Inc. is seeking a BIM/VDC Coordinator - HVAC Pipe to lead model-based outputs, coordinate with teams, and ensure constructible deliverables for complex projects. You will mentor trainees and drive adherence to company standards across the VDC lifecycle.

The role emphasizes coordination meetings, clash resolution, and integration with fabrication and installation plans. On-site opportunity in Florida.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in BIM/VDC, mechanical detailing, or MEP coordination.
• Experience producing coordinated mechanical models and construction-ready deliverables.
• Experience on commercial, industrial, healthcare, or similar projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead modeling, coordination, and technical execution for HVAC piping models.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Field Operations, and trades to resolve conflicts.
• Support fabrication readiness and record documentation throughout the project.
