Refresco, a leading beverage co-packer, is seeking a production professional for our Tampa facility. This role supports fast-paced lines, ensures quality through GMP and HACCP standards, and collaborates with multiple departments to sustain output and efficiency.

You will monitor equipment, solve problems quickly, and help train new staff. A strong safety mindset and reliable teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Follow production schedules and communicate changes to the Supervisor.
• Monitor line for defects, material issues, and waste to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Record downtime and maintain accurate production records.
• Assist in training new employees and support shift handovers.
