Job summary

REFRESCO in Texas is seeking a production operator for a fast-paced beverage facility. You will operate and troubleshoot production lines, ensure product quality, and follow GMP, SQF, and HACCP standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and forklift certification if available; you will support continuous improvement, safety, and quality initiatives with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced beverage production environment preferred.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and PPE policies in warehouse and production areas.
• Monitor line for defects and ensure quality and waste reduction.
• Read production schedule and communicate issues to supervision.
• Record production data and downtime accurately.
• Train new employees and perform basic maintenance as needed.
