Job summary

Refresco is seeking a production associate to support high‑speed beverage manufacturing in a fast-paced plant environment. You will ensure adherence to GMPs, quality procedures, and safety policies while maintaining production flow and accurate records.

The role requires reading gauges and measurements, working with team members across departments, and performing routine equipment upkeep. Training and protective gear are provided to maintain a safe workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred (1–3 years).
• Ability to read imperial/metric measurements and understand production schedules.
• Formal training in safety or HACCP is a plus, PPE usage required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs, PPE, and safety policies in warehouse/production areas.
• Maintain production flow by monitoring equipment and supplying materials.
• Follow SOPs for quality, sanitation, and changeovers; record downtime and production data.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality, efficiency, and reduce waste.
• Perform minor machine maintenance and assist with cross-training.
