Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Certification or equivalent.
• 1-3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and wear PPE in warehouse and production areas.
• Read and follow the production schedule and report deviations.
• Maintain production flow by monitoring equipment and supplying raw materials.
• Follow SOPs and perform equipment changeovers; read imperial and metric measurements.
• Record downtime and production quality data accurately.
• Perform equipment sanitation and general maintenance as assigned.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
• Cross-train and assist with inventory management as needed.
