Job summary

Ford Energy is seeking a Project Manager, Delivery to lead the post-contract delivery of Battery Energy Storage Systems and integrated infrastructure projects. You will drive standardized processes and act as the main liaison between Sales, Aftersales, Engineering, Finance and EPC partners to ensure seamless project execution.

The role demands disciplined project management, proactive communication, and a track record of delivering complex deployments on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project or program management experience in post-contract delivery or EPC workflows.
• Experience with utility-scale (BESS) deployments is preferred.
• Ability to influence and drive consensus across matrixed teams without direct authority.
• Experience translating commercial or technical requirements into executable plans.

Responsibilities

• Apply and continuously improve standardized post-contract delivery processes and playbooks for BESS projects.
• Track KPIs for project health, delivery efficiency, and financial performance across Ford Energy projects.
• Coordinate with Sales, Aftersales, Engineering, Finance and EPC contractors to align execution.
• Act as primary escalation contact for customers, utilities, and senior internal leadership.
