Florida Retirement System seeks a Senior Benefits Analyst to oversee and approve retirement benefit processing, including DROP terminations, refunds, and payouts. The role leads professional staff, manages workflow, and trains team members on retirement benefit processes to ensure accurate and timely payroll completion.

The analyst will review data for accuracy, coordinate assignments, and support staff to maintain high service levels and compliance with applicable rules and regulations.

Qualificações

• Five years of professional experience in insurance, retirement, social security, administration, call center, customer service, fiscal work, statistics, or personnel.
• Ability to review data for accuracy and identify errors; collect, evaluate, and verify retirement benefits data.
• Ability to train others and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency operating personal computers with Word or comparable software.
• Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments and work independently.
