Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in benefits/retirement plan administration
• 3 years of direct experience administering 401(k), 403(b) plans
• Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

• Support retirement plan administration, compliance, and reporting
• Conduct data analysis, auditing, and benchmarking for plan improvements
• Collaborate with vendors, auditors, and internal stakeholders on audits and regulatory filings
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on retirement questions
