Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking an Administrator to drive clinical and financial success of a Behavioral Health Program. You will oversee patient care teams and manage day-to-day operations across four performance pillars: Clinical Quality, Workforce Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Financial Security.

The role requires a Masters in Social Services with a state license, several years of management experience in healthcare, and certification prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Masters in Social Services with a state license.
• Four (4) years of experience in an administrative management position in a health care setting, two (2) of those years must be experience in a substance use treatment program.
• Two (2) years of responsibility for supervision of professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing.
• Understanding of community mental health and substance use services, psychiatric rehabilitation concepts, and the recovery philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the team providing patient care and manage day-to-day operations of the Program.
• Drive Clinical Quality, Workforce Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Financial Security across the program.
• Collaborate with corporate functions, consultants, and agencies to ensure compliance and effective operations.
