Job summary

Telecare is seeking a Licensed Administrator (LCSW/LMFT) to lead a behavioral health program’s clinical and financial performance. You will oversee daily operations and manage a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care across four pillars: Clinical Quality, Workforce Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Financial Security.

Qualifications

• Masters in Social Services with a state license is required.
• Four years in an administrative management position in healthcare, with two years in a substance use treatment program.
• Two years supervising professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing.
• Understanding of community mental health and substance use services and recovery philosophy.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• CPR, First Aid, and CPI certifications at date of employment or before direct client care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the program's day-to-day clinical and business operations.
• Manage all aspects of the program to drive Clinical Quality, Workforce Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Financial Security.
• Collaborate with corporate functions, consultants, and partners including state/county agencies and community groups.
• Participate in a structured on-call rotation and respond to on-call needs per protocols.
