Job summary

Telecare seeks a Licensed Interim Administrator (LCSW, LMFT, Psy.D, LPCC) to drive clinical and financial success across the program. You lead a team delivering patient care while managing day-to-day operations and coordinating with corporate functions and partners.

The role requires strong leadership, licensing, and experience in substance use services, with on-call rotations and a 4-pillars framework for performance.

Qualifications

• Masters in Social Services with a state license.
• 4 years of administrative management in a health care setting, 2 in a substance use program.
• 2 years supervising professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing.
• Understanding of community mental health and substance use services, psychiatric rehab concepts, and recovery philosophy.
• Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified.
• Must have valid driver's license and willingness to use your vehicle with mileage reimbursement.
