Job summary

Telecare Corporation seeks an on-site Administrator in Oakland to lead a behavioral health program. You will oversee clinical and financial performance, supervise staff, manage daily operations, and ensure alignment with Telecare’s four pillars: Clinical Quality, Workforce Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Financial Security.

Required are a CA clinical license (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC), 4 years in administrative management in a psych health setting, and 2 years of supervision with budgeting and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social services with a CA Clinical License (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
• 4 years of administrative management experience in a psychiatric health care setting (Joint Commission preferred)
• 2 years supervising professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing
• Understanding of community mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation concepts, and recovery philosophy
• Must be at least 21 years old
• CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification required by start date and maintained
• Background checks, regulatory and driving requirements may apply
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance; willingness to use personal vehicle with IRS mileage reimbursement

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the program and lead the care team.
• Drive clinical quality, workforce engagement, customer satisfaction, and financial security.
• Collaborate with corporate functions, outside consultants, and state/county agencies.
• participate in a structured on-call rotation and respond to work-related needs within set timeframes.
