Job summary

The Arc of the Ozarks is seeking a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (LBCBA) to guide the ABA department, mentor clinicians, and lead program development for individuals of all ages. You will oversee assessment, plan development, data-driven treatment decisions, and supervision of staff while ensuring high quality care.

Responsibilities include supervising BCBAs, RBTs, and practicum students, coordinating with families, service coordinators, and management, and continuing professional

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, or Psychology.
• Missouri Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) licensure in good standing.
• Completion of BACB-approved 8-hour Supervision Training.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or psychiatric disorders.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyses.
• Develop behavior support plans and skills acquisition programs.
• Design data collection systems and graph progress in Excel.
• Train caregivers and supervise ABA staff to ensure fidelity.
• Provide leadership in interdisciplinary team meetings and mentoring.
