Job summary

Magnitude Therapy Services is seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with BCBA credentials to oversee ABA services and lead a clinical team. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and health professionals to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota LBA license.
• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to complete a background check and meet employer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive behavioral assessments.
• Develop and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs.
• Analyze data and modify treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Train parents and caregivers to promote skill generalization.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, educators, physicians, and other providers.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation.
• Ensure Minnesota licensing and BACB ethics compliance.
• Participate in meetings, QA initiatives, and professional development.
