Job summary

The Arc of the Ozarks seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessment, planning, and coaching for individuals with disabilities in a compassionate, team‑oriented setting. You will supervise ABA professionals and tailor evidence‑based interventions to promote independence and skills acquisition.

The role involves collaboration with staff across programs, ongoing data collection, and delivering staff training to ensure high-quality services for clients and families in the Kansas

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, education, or psychology.
• BCBA certification and Missouri licensure in good standing required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or psychiatric disorders.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional behavior assessments and develop behavior support plans.
• Train caregivers to implement programs with fidelity and monitor progress.
• Supervise ABA Specialists, RBTs, and practicum students as assigned.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support client goals.
