Job summary

The Arc Of The Ozarks is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Saint Peters, MO to lead ABA services for individuals with disabilities. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop data-driven plans, and supervise ABA staff, including RBTs and practicum students.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement behavior support programs, train caregivers, and ensure treatment fidelity while advancing client independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, education, or psychology.
• BCBA certification and Missouri LBA in good standing.
• One year of professional experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or psychiatric disorders.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional behavior assessments.
• Construct graphs using Microsoft Excel and analyze data.
• Provide supervision to ABA Specialists, RBTs, and practicum students.
• Develop behavior support programming and skills acquisition plans.
• Train caregivers to implement programming with fidelity and monitor progress.
