Job summary

The Arc of the Ozarks in Joplin, Missouri, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services across community, residential, educational, and clinical settings.

You will design individualized behavior-support and skill-acquisition programs, conduct assessments, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, train caregivers, and guide staff through data-driven program adjustments to improve independence and quality of life for individuals

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current Missouri LBA credential in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyses.
• Develop individualized behavior-support and skill-acquisition programs.
• Create data-collection systems and analyze treatment data.
• Monitor progress and adjust programming based on data and feedback.
• Train caregivers and staff to implement programs accurately.
• Supervise RBTs, ABA staff, and practicum students as assigned.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
